Football memes are flying, the air’s not quite fall yet, and the calendar is filling up fast. September weekends in EDH are stacking up with brew fests, beach parties, yoga nights, and plenty of community flavor (literally and figuratively).

This week we’re spotlighting the local taqueria that never misses, a spin studio that’s more hype than hardcore, and one very delicious outdoor event coming this Saturday.

Endless Summer Beach Party returns to EDH

The Gist: Hands4Hope’s 5th Annual Endless Summer Beach Party takes place Sept. 13 at Serrano Village Green Amphitheater in El Dorado Hills. The adults-only fundraiser will feature live music by Clean Slate, dinner, drinks, raffles, and live and silent auctions supporting youth leadership and service programs.

Why It Matters: Proceeds will fund nearly a third of Hands4Hope’s annual budget, directly empowering local youth to lead service projects and strengthen the community.

Briggs Park – A Hidden Gem in Folsom

Briggs Park is a welcoming neighborhood park tucked away in Folsom, offering a peaceful setting for families and neighbors to gather. With open grassy areas, shady trees, playground equipment for the little and big kids, it’s a great spot for an afternoon picnic, playtime, or a leisurely stroll.
