Folsom’s Police & Fire Gear Up for Safe Trunk-or-Treat
The Gist: Folsom Police and Fire Departments are teaming up for a family-friendly trunk-or-treat on Saturday, Oct. 25, from 10 AM to 1 PM at 46 Natoma Street. Kids can collect candy, check out police and fire vehicles, and meet local first responders. Costumes are welcome, just skip masks and toy weapons.
Why It Matters: It’s a safe, festive way for families to celebrate Halloween and connect with Folsom’s first responders.

Folsom to Unveil Final Castle Park Design
The Gist: Folsom Parks & Recreation will reveal the final design for Kids Play/Castle Park on Tuesday, Oct. 29, at 6 p.m. in the Oak Chan Elementary Multipurpose Room (101 Prewett Drive). The plans reflect ideas gathered from two public meetings and community input.
